Future City Logistics Workshop

The EU funded Coordination Action CAPIRE (Coordination Action on PPP Implementation for Road-transport Electrification) is organizing a Workshop “Future City Logistics” Based on the European Green Cars Initiative (EGCI) Logistics & Co-Modality Roadmaps, and leveraging outputs from complementary actions – such as ERTRAC’s “Towards an integrated Urban Mobility System”, proposals and an outline framework for an Infrastructure Roadmap to support the sustainable movement of freight in cities will be developed. CAPIRE has among its key aims the identification of technology roadblocks and framework needs, together with research priorities within FP7 and “Horizon 2020 – the Framework Programme for Research and Innovation.”
